In the year 2000, Phil built the home next to me. Throughout the building process I saw this gentleman arrive at the home on a daily basis tenderly looking over each day’s progress. When it was done, I saw this same person coming over to water the freshly planted landscaping. To my surprise, it was the builder, Phil Lemieux, President of Alexander Homes, LLC.

My husband, who is an engineer, kept commenting on the quality of the home’s construction as we watched the home progress. As we got to know Phil, we were very pleased to discover someone very friendly and honest who cared about every detail of home’s construction.

Phil once said to me, “I want to be able to build a home so well that I can go up to the homeowner when I see them in the store and say, “How’s the house?”

Since that time several years ago, Phil has continued to impress me by becoming President of The Top of Virginia’s Builders Association, and a member of the Frederick County Board of Supervisors.
